I cannot believe that senior season has come and almost gone already, where does time go? Jessica came to Studio K for her senior portraits, and I had a blast with her. I know I say that about all my seniors but it is always true! Jessica had her entourage with her and we couldn’t have done it without them, thanks Laura and Megan!

Madison Senior Photographer-Beautiful Girl Beautiful Day!

We had a perfect morning and such a beautiful senior girl! Rebekah is a sweet senior from Madison and I am thankful she drove the short 30 miles to take her portraits with me (that always makes me feel special…and it is all about me right!).

Burlington Family Photographer-Blue eye family!

I can’t believe that everyone in this little family has amazing blue eye! I have to admit that I am a little jealous because all I have it brown, just plain ole brown. You would have never known that the littlest one gave me a run for my money during this whole photo shoot, but in the end I still got the shot!

I know that I said when I have Anderson I was going to take a whole month off of work. From the Chamber and from photography, but I have such a heart for newborns that when Marke called to schedule her little girl I had a hard time saying no. I actually did say no at first, but then I had Anderson and I realized how special and important those first images are so I called her back and said YES! I am glad I did because I got to meet this beautiful and sweet little girl, and she is exactly one week younger than Anderson…humm you never know what the future holds!

Anderson James Higgins

Finally, it seems that I have been waiting forever to write this post. Anderson arrived on 8/28/12 at 1:21 PM at 8lbs 2oz and 21 inches long. We love just staring at him and watching him smile, make noises, and just love on him. Anderson has changed us forever and I am so happy that I can capture every minute of it and be able to look back in this time in our lives for a long time.

I kicked off senior season with a beautiful and sweet senior girl, Haley! She is one of Studio K’s senior models for 2013 so I am sure you will be seeing more of her throughout her senior year.
Hair and make-up was done by Tina Ervin and Theresa Biggs at Avalon Salon and Day Spa!

I had the opportunity this year to watch little Jackson for a few months and I got really attached to him! Watching him grow for those few months makes me really excited for Anderson to come so I can watch him grow too. Someone else got a little attach to Jackson…and that would be Austin! I knew that this would be a challenging session without an extra hand so I actually asked Austin (yes I know I know) to go with me, and you know what….he was great! I got so many great smile shots of Jackson, well and everyone honestly!

I swear every time I see this little stinker he gets bigger and bigger! Now that Bryce is walking, it was a little challenging keeping up with him, until we set the cake in front of him lol. Enjoy!
